Who We Are
Truth Forum was founded in 2017 at Seoul National University — South Korea's most prestigious university — in response to a nation where false, inflammatory politics threatened the very foundation of the Republic of Korea.
We are dedicated to advancing truth against lies, and freedom against tyranny, rooted in a Judeo-Christian worldview and inspired by American conservative tradition. We believe the United States must remain a city on a hill — and that South Korea stands as America's frontline ally against Communist China.
Today, Truth Forum has connections to approximately 130 universities across South Korea — including current students and alumni — with core campus chapters actively engaged. The forum is now an officially U.S.-incorporated organization (Virginia, February 2026), building bridges between Korean and American conservatives.
Our Core Values
"Truth Forum acknowledges the proud history of the Republic of Korea's founding… We support a strong ROK-US alliance forged in shared values of freedom and truth. We must continue to 'go together.'"
— David Eunkoo Kim, President of Truth ForumImpact & Reach
Founder & President
David Eunkoo Kim founded Truth Forum in 2017 at Seoul National University to confront the rising tide of cultural Marxism, postmodernism, and pro-North Korea ideology on Korean campuses. A law graduate of Seoul National University with doctoral coursework at the same institution, he previously served in the legal team at Nexon and later founded his own gaming company.
He is a cast member and co-producer of The Birth of Korea — a groundbreaking documentary surpassing 1 million viewers — which reveals the truth about South Korea's founding president Syngman Rhee and challenges liberal historical distortions.
Witnessing the media-manufactured impeachment of President Park Geun-hye, he recognized the existential threat to South Korea's national identity and founded Truth Forum as the nation's first explicitly conservative youth organization. He has appeared on FOX News, been interviewed by The Epoch Times, contributed to MEMRI, and spoken at KCPAC (Korea CPAC).
"As a Korean, I stand for America First — because America must be restored. If the United States loses South Korea, the next to fall will be America itself. That is why we must stand strong together — on the bedrock of the ROK-US Alliance and on the word of God." — David Eunkoo Kim, Letter to Speaker Mike Johnson
Campus Activism
Truth Forum founded Students for Israel (SFI) — South Korea's first pro-Israel student movement on university campuses — to counter the spread of pro-Hamas ideology and antisemitism following the October 7 Hamas attack.
At Seoul National University and Korea University, Truth Forum organized "Free Palestine from Hamas" events, poster exhibitions, and open Q&A sessions, arguing that Hamas — not Israel — is the true obstacle to peace for Palestinians.
When leftist student groups posted pro-Hamas posters on campus, Truth Forum responded with documented counter-arguments, launching a public "poster debate" and exposing the radical organizations fueling antisemitism at Korean universities.
Campus Activism · China Watch
Truth Forum has been sounding the alarm about China's covert infiltration of South Korea since its earliest days. Long before it became mainstream discussion, Truth Forum warned of CCP United Front tactics targeting Korean universities, politics, and media. The campaign to close the Xi Jinping Library at Seoul National University — launched in October 2022 — is one concrete expression of that sustained vigilance. The library was installed in 2014 following Xi Jinping's campus visit, and Truth Forum argues it has since become a tool of CCP cultural and ideological infiltration.
Truth Forum has been warning about China's covert infiltration of South Korea since the organization's founding — long before this was widely acknowledged. The CCP's United Front tactics target universities, media, business, and politics to shape narratives and build influence among tomorrow's leaders.
The Xi Jinping Library closure campaign, launched in October 2022, is a direct expression of that vigilance. Truth Forum organized banner campaigns, press conferences, alumni petitions, and direct outreach to visiting U.S. politicians. Approximately 55,000 people have signed petitions (online, written, and phone) calling for closure. A portion of those signatures have been formally delivered to the SNU administration.
The campaign was featured by The Epoch Times, with reporter Steve Lance interviewing Truth Forum's president David Eunkoo Kim on the library's origins and CCP infiltration tactics. His interviews have helped bring South Korea's freedom struggle to international audiences.
"As it has become evident that the Xi Jinping Library is being exploited as a tool of the CCP's United Front tactics and historical revisionist projects, allowing such an archive at Seoul National University would be a profound disgrace in our history."

Why America Must Pay Attention
South Korea faces a silent invasion — through ideological infiltration: cultural Marxism in universities, CCP influence in politics, and media-manufactured misinformation threatening the ROK-US alliance. Truth Forum has been at the forefront of exposing these threats — from countering Juche ideology on campus to shutting down a Xi Jinping Library at Seoul National University.
"In 1954, before the U.S. Congress, President Syngman Rhee proclaimed: 'Unless we win back China, the ultimate victory of the free world is unthinkable.' It was prophetic — seventy years ahead of its time." — David Eunkoo Kim, Truth Forum
The overwhelming majority of South Koreans love America and support the ROK-US alliance. Truth Forum stands as their voice — calling on American conservatives to stand with them.
